The article deals with methods and of teaching children intellectual disabilities to communicate, conducting corrective work, forming their social communicative skills. Because through communication, the child gets know himself world around him. This is an urgent problem, adaptation, socialization training a complex process. Today, needs learn skills in order successfully adapt. Adaptation phenomena, formed only communication main thing for growing person his character, actions, relationships people. Through this world, goes different stages life.
